H&P Service Group was founded by Dr. Michael Herbert as a personnel-consulting agency for companies in and around Berlin.
The national re-direction with offices in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Munich and Frankfurt followed in 2010.

Our team consists of personnel consultants with different specialist and diverse educational backgrounds. We’ve specialized in the search of professionals and executives for our key branches – Office & Finance, Real Estate and Industrial Services. Thereby, we harmonize the needs of successful companies and qualified professionals.

Our services include the placement of personnel, direct search, as well as salary analysis.
We offer cooperation and personal assistance for applicants and companies as a permanent contact.
